To boost awareness, we created a campaign world that distills the clunky legal term "Wiedereingliederungsteilzeit" – or in English, "Part-Time Reintegration" – down to its emotional core: being "Part of the team again."
We took the "part" out of "part-time" and turned it into a promise. Together with a design that visualizes the journey back to work, our social media and OOH assets make it clear: reintegration is the path to becoming a full part of the team again.
