For Remedia, the leading provider of homeopathic products in Austria, we carried out a comprehensive data analysis to understand and optimize customer structure and buying behavior. The focus was on increasing sales growth through targeted measures for both new and existing customers.

Challenge

Remedia was confronted with declining customer loyalty among new cohorts. At the same time, it was discovered that although the shop was popular with German customers, it also had great potential internationally. The aim was to develop targeted marketing strategies to promote the acquisition of new customers and to better retain existing customers.
