In June 2011, in a competition with four other agencies, kraftwerk won the contract to design the new HALI Web presence. Subsequently, we innovatively adapted the new HALI advertising line for the interactive Internet environment. On the new website, children feature prominently as brand ambassadors, because they also symbolize the many innovative attributes of HALI office furniture products. With the new website, HALI’s online communication now fully supports the company’s main theme: offices should be more than just workspaces – they should be fantastic spaces for new ideas!

Fantastic Offices: For years, HALI has ranked among Austria’s top office furniture manufacturers. Now, the aim is to strengthen the market position even further with the new website, and with the use of mobile and social media channels. The key messages are: HALI innovation, design and, of course, quality, but also that HALI offers everything imaginable when it comes to office furnishings, from individual products (e.g. desks) to complete office solutions tailored to individual customer needs (incl. a perfect match in terms of space and color requirements).
Fantastic Product Worlds: Instead of abstract product descriptions, the new website lets visitors interactively explore HALI’s product worlds. The offering is organized into categories, with a child presenting each category using “active terminology.” Mousing over one of the terms describing an activity reveals the corresponding product presentation, thus “working” becomes a showcase for HALI tables and desks, “meeting” turns into a display of meeting solutions, etc. This makes navigating the website an intuitive experience, as visitors who have an office-related activity in mind are instantly shown a number of creative solutions that match the activity.
Fantastic Personalities: HALI.tv enables customers to view HALI video highlights online, and it is directly connected to the company’s new YouTube profile. In addition, images of the most beautiful HALI offices can now be found on Flickr, while the new HALI presence on Facebook is also an attractive option. Alongside a more personal presentation of HALI via social media, kraftwerk has developed a personalized solution for introducing the HALI team: virtual business cards with employee photos and contact data, which also enhances the presentation of the company as a whole.
Fantastically Mobile: Accessing HALI catalogs online is easier than ever, as a simple click-scroll-click is all it takes to locate and open the catalog of choice. Also available are ePapers as PDF downloads, to perfectly present HALI products offline or to send as an e-mail attachment. For the HALI sales team, catalogs, ePapers and the mobile website now serve as effective marketing instruments via iPad. In the end, the new Web presence by kraftwerk makes HALI absolutely fit for the mobile age, thanks to the state-of-the-art design and technology, which will keep HALI a step ahead – just like HALI office furniture keeps customers a step ahead!
